ranger quest giver in Yaks bend - Guild Wars Forums

i just got to yaks bend and i dont see any quest givers that i get skills from as a reward. i found my second proff. one (necro) but cant find ranger

I got 2 ranger skills from a dwarf there. I believe debilitating shot (could well be wrong ) but I know I got Pin Down. Talk with the dwarves
